Overview

Booking for the Tee Times is available through the Professional on (01387) 268918, by downloading and completeing the Visitor Booking form. Visitors must contact the club professional before starting play. Visitors should all be members of recognised Golf Clubs. Visitors will be advised of their starting times, and must strictly adhere to them. Visitors will commence play from the FIRST TEE ONLY and will not be permitted to commence play from the 10th Tee. Visitors must observe the etiquette of golf at all times, especially in the matters of speed of play and care of the golf course. No Texas Scramble formats allowed.

Local Directions
From the Dumfries by-pass (A75) take the A701 to Dumfries town centre. At the first round-about some 800 yds from the by-pass take the road to the right marked town centre. We are 150 yds on the right from the round-about.Glasgow & Edinburgh - A74(M) to Moffat then the A701 to Dumfries.

By Road
England (S&W) - M6 and A74(M) to Gretna, then A75 to Dumfries.
England (N.E.) - A69 to Carlisle, A74(M) to Gretna then A75 to Dumfries.
Northern Ireland - A75 from Stranraer to Dumfries.

By Rail
Dumfries Station is served by Scotrail on the Glasgow to Carlisle line.

Dress Code

All members, guests and visitors are expected to maintain a reasonable standard of dress and behaviour on the course and in the clubhouse at all times. Denim jeans, track suits, sleeveless Tee shirts and training shoes are not acceptable (except that players under 18 may wear training shoes on the course only).
Anoraks and collarless shirts and shoes worn on the course are not acceptable in the Clubhouse. Tailored shorts may be worn on the course and in the Clubhouse in warm weather.
The Professional has the authority to prohibit the issue of a visitor's ticket to any person whom he considers to be improperly dressed.
The Clubmaster has the authority to refuse to serve any person whom he considers to be improperly dressed.

 

Health & Safety

Visitors should insure they adhere to all Health & Safety notices and Fire Regulation instructions, which are posted in the clubhouse and on the course.
